SciFi and Fantasy Art: Coral (part of Underwater)

Decided to play around in PSP and try coloring the 'Underwater' picture. Didn't like how the hippocampus came out, so I just kept this part that I liked. *small grin* Done awhile ago, just found it searching through my files and thought I'd put it up since I still like it. ^^
