Just a tip: Copying is a really good way to learn movement and proportion.The Fire Emblem art is a really good place to start for getting the form and position of characters; if you have a good eye, or just want to trace, copying the pose and then making the character your own will teach you a lot. If you practice with that enough, soon you will be able to draw the position yourself. Then you move on to another!
