SciFi and Fantasy Art: My first elf pic... Kenya

this is my first eva pic of an elf. her name is Kenya, and she lives alone deep within the dank forest of Ellibera where she was outcast from her tribe for various attempts of individuality. it turned out pretty ok concidering there was a big rip in it from about the bottum of her ear to the middle of her chest... cant tell really now -I fixed it up with Adobe Photo Deluxe. HB lead pencil.

Not only did you do a rather original portrait of an elf - she's not exactly a classical beauty, or what anyone would call stunning, but she's just lovely to me. Her expression is alive, she looks as though she's done something she shouldn't have and now is acting innocent. The shading is very good, the hair is great, hair's always been a nightmare for me. Love the texture of the dress as well. Ah, shucks. It's all great!
17 Jun 2001	David	Loading... Very nice drawing. She is really pretty. I wish I could have been able to draw as good as you when I was 13. Heck I can't draw that good now and I'm alot older than 13,lol. You have major talent.
