SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Enslaved Hoard (Rough)

A friend of mine had this cool idea for an alien race that could mentally enslave other races and drain their lifeforce from them like batteries. I figured they could be used like that or a expendable troops. here's a whole hoard of them being lead by one of the enslaver race (the one in the siloette)

Goecke replies: "This is one of Tony's ideas for a game. However, his vision of the race has them using other lifeforms a spiritual batteries, more than brainwashed slaves. I see both. The brainwashed ones are the simple expendable pawns of war."
26 Oct 2002	Hua Mei Dao	Loading... Wow, this is very good. There's a creepy feeling that shoots down my spine looking at it. It almost looks realy. I could never do such a number in just one piece of paper. If only it were more shaded. David R. Goecke replies: "shading and lighting, shading and lighting! I MUST WORK ON THAT!"
