SciFi and Fantasy Art: Tree

God, I love this picture. It's *old*, hence the messed-up piece of paper it's on. It's ridden around in my backpack for years. It just happened one day in art class. Anyway, I don't have much to say about it, except...damn, my subconscious rocks.

Great piece! For being rooted to the ground, there is a sense of freedom in the picture.

This picture reaches me, too. I think the slightly up-tilted head helps like the trees is singing out in celebration. It looks happy. I like to see happy pictures.

Dis is one oooold mofo, but still methinks it's one-a yer best. You should draw plants more often, consarnit. I dig it.

Great, just great. The picture radiates strong emotions.

I *ADORE* this picture. It's got so much feeling. It combines the two subjects I love the most in art: Nature and the Human Spirit. Great work. I can see why you would love it.

Great pic! I love the whole tree idea, it's like a dryad or an treant(ent). I like the pose too, it almost looks like it's trying to wriggle away to its freedom. But that's just me... 12

"Today I`m dirty but I want to be pretty tomorrow I know I`ll be dirt." The nobodies by Marilyn manson. I know you didnt base the tree here on Marilyn in the video but they are so much alike I had to make the ref.

This picture signified quite a bit for me, my brother passes away at 22 and this picture signifies his half growth and being trapped in a body you might not want to pick.

Thanks
