SciFi and Fantasy Art: Cetara

ok let me start by saying that I think I think too much when I'm doing my drawings. So I decided to try and go back and just feel more, quit trying so hard to make things look right and just draw. Quite a few artist here in elfwood are very good at conveying feeling in their works(and I'm jealous*grin*)So this is just a simple sketch I did, experimenting, trying to let things flow. I still think I put a little too much thought into it, but hey a girl's gotta start somewhere.

5 Oct 2001	Eleanor Bozorth Gemmill	Loading... I think you really succeeded in putting feeling into this drawing. It seems like she's sad or resigned about something. The way her head is tilted and the angle her shoulders are at are very effective. The tree branch up top though does seem a little odd though.
13 Jan 2002	Yossi Landman	Loading... I have the same problem! When I just draw for fun it always looks sketchy and flowing, but when I start fixing things with photoshop, it seems every thing needs fixing! But enough about me... this is a very good drawing and you sense its flowingness. Good Work!
