SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sunrise

Rittzi, the pixie, had never seen a face as beautiful as Faethanobae's, and he seemed to be the only one in the party who could tolerate the energetic pixie for an extended length of time. Because of this, the pixie was drawn to him, knowing he would take the time to listen to her, and not laugh at her obvious infatuation. They shared many quiet moments together as the others slept, sharing deep discussions and enjoying each others company. 'Faethanobae caught a glimpse of the spectacular display of colors bursting through the sky, and he turned to his little companion. “New day, new hope” he smiled warmly. “It is hard to believe the world can be so ugly beneath such a breathtaking sky. Sights as this should be savored while we live to appreciate them. Shall we?” They sat together at the edge of camp to watch the sunrise over the valley. The pixie leaned her tiny body against Faethanobae, and incredibly, allowed the moment to pass without interruption.'

2 Nov 2004	Stephanie Shimerdla	Loading... This is absolutely gorgeous. The colors in that sunset are perfect! The fire looks kind of pale by comparison, though, and that would've been neat to see some of the sun's colors in the fire, as well. But really, this is very well done. Lovely atmosphere.
