The Face of Elrond was ageless, neither old nor young, though in it was written the memory of many things both glad and sorrowful. His hair was dark as the shadows of twilight, and upon it was set a circlet of silver; his eyes were grey as a clear evening, and in them was a light like the light of stars. Venerable he seemed as a king crowned with many winters, and yet hale as a tried warrior in the fullness of his strength. He was the Lord of Rivendell and mighty among both Elves and Men.

*gaps in awe* Wow, you got his face dead on! He looks so scary, but he probably should. This is wonderful! His eyes are the most drawing of the picture. Bravo!

This is by far one of the best, if not the best itself, pictures of Elrond I have seen.

What a unique picture of Elrond! I'd never imagined him this way. I like his pose and the thoughtful look on his face. The details in the background are great!

Hmmmm.... It's good picture, but... I thought that Elrond would look better than this guy here... This mister here seems to be some kinda devil or something evil. Think of it- Elornd is a good character, wise, beautiful an so on!

The pic looks as though he has been taken over by the one ring. I have to disagree about the movie Elrond. I mean he is about the only "manly" looking elf of the bunch. My apologies to all Legolas and Haldir nuts LOL! Not only is he so GORGEOUS he has the right combination of strength and gentleness. I think he fits the description in the book perfectly.. If he is an example of an elf, I am on the next ship from the Grey Havens........

Run for the hills, It's the Frankenstein Monster. No seriously it looks like that, but you did a bang up job creating it though

me: 'Please Lord Elrond sir, don't eat me! I didn't do it!'
Elrond: *blinks* 'Do what?'
me: 'uhh...' *runs away*

I like it a lot (what a descriptive comment 2). One suggestion though: Make his chin smaller.

well, Elrond was an half-elf, he chose the Elder path, but he did still have some of man in his blood, I think that the chin is fine. However what might be creepy, is not him per say, but the dead stuff in the backround, elrond never struck me as one who would kill for knowledge. he seems more the kind who would sit still for a year to study a creatures habits. just a thought
