| 14 Feb 2004 | Erin N. Conley | Ooooh lovely...her eyes are kind of mesmerizing! Like she's staring straight at me...and they're such a lovely color of green ) I like this, it's very different, and I particularly like the way you did the skin...using all the different colors together creates a more believable skin tone than plain peach color ;o) Very nice Michèle Delisle (Bloui) replies: "Thank ! The skin was supposed to be light blue at first but I don't have many markers, so I had to change my plans. I love how it turned out, even if the scanner changed some colors. " | |

| 20 Dec 2004 | Jennifer Russo | I love the expressionistic fluidity of your line and color use. It's very passionate and emotionally intense, even though the content and composition are relatively subtle. The only CC I can provide on this one is that her lips seem to "stick out" a little too much, like they're not really attached to her face. Good work on this piece--it's good to see another artist on EW who works interpretively. Keep it up! (= Michèle Delisle (Bloui) replies: "I agree for the lips, I always have problem with them. But I'm slowly improving like everything else ! Thank you for the comment." | |
