... Don't ask me where the idea came from, I don't know. I was drawing random monsters in order to come with demon ideas for Flickering Halo. I think this one is going to be the head of a cult, I'm not sure.

I think people must have true talent and a RARE imagination to come up with things like this--things with no bounds or rules, or not based off of anything, but something that neat, cool, elaborate, and original from scratch from your wrinkly little brain. Isn't that spiffy? You rock! Keep drawing!

6 May 2005	CJ Haacke	Loading... Possibly the most screwed up looking demon I have ever found on Elfwood. That is a compliment; I judge demons by how disturbing and original they are.
4 Jun 2006	chris biggs	Loading... I agree, demons should not look "cool" in my opinion, there rebels against an established universal cause, so why should they look standard? I would assume that they would take what ever form defied any sort of "standard" of beauty that they could, or use beautiful and disturbing images in concert to create a twisted whole. this is right on, and a good work to boot. I love the images of strength, maternilism, childish aspects and delicate and crushing aspects all combined.
15 Dec 2006	Stassi	Loading... The juxtaposition of the child's face and the monster is terrifying runs and hides in closet. Very effective at creeping people out, which I guess is the whole purpose of demons.

I do want to take a guess as to what shows, comics/books/mangas, or videogames inspire you, though... Maybe the Claymore series? And possibly Halo? [vid game]
