SciFi and Fantasy Art: Plastic Pipe Dreams

This is an elaboration on my 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?' picture, which is also an assignment for my 2-D design class in college. The real version is printed out 6.4 x 2.5 ft tall, and covered in pieces of acetate to create translucent armor FX. Don't worry, you don't need to see it- I think the original is much better. It's sad that this silly 700 pxl business doesn't do my detail justice, but what are you gonna do, ya know? Oh wait, you can go to my deviantart page at http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/970405 and see a MUCH LARGER and BETTER version.

This is simply lovely. The mechanical parts look highly convincing, which is spectacular in and of itself. She just looks so... not sad, but mechanical in her expression.

She`s so beautiful and unique. It´s amazing how real a biomechanical figure can look.

Hey there, great picture. I got the largest version of it from your DA page. I was wondering if on the left and right sides up and down it were lines of binary. If they are, what do they stand for? Just a little curious. 2

Hello again. This is yet another 'awesome' picture. It looks as if he/she's in pain, yet they have a calm, peaceful look on its face, as if it were saying "It's allright. Don't worry." or "It's for the best." I don't know. Am I weird for making art seem like so much? o.o I hope not. But then again, I don't care. This art needs to be praised and so I am! I think this is the new era of art museums... You can't put this type of work on a canvas. Bye again. =3
