SciFi and Fantasy Art: Chase the Sunset

Actually this really should've been updated about two or three months ago. I painted it, didn't like how it looked, and thought it better to leave it unfinished then to add too much more and ruin it. Well, I cleaned my room this weekend and found it buried under tons of other drawings. So, feeling sorry for neglecting it, I decided to ink and sign it.

Anyway, a dragon. It was quite fun to paint... I haven't done anything this purely fantistical in a while.

I know what you mean though, most of my drawings are just results of me not liking the initial drawing, but then I go back and rework them, and they turn out okay. Sometimes a project just needs a few days break I think. Any who, sorry for my rambling. This picture is really terrific, I reminds me of something off the walls of a Chinese palace or temple or something.
