SciFi and Fantasy Art: DESTINY

Everyday there are struggles, and many are hard pressed by it. Few are they who rise to meet the challenges with vigor. Few are they who gather their weapons and go not to face Destiny, but to make it. (still working on it)

I like this one. Looks really cold. The face looks particularly good I think. The background is subtle enough not to "crowd" the rest of the picture and highlights the detail of the figure. Nice.

Somehow, it is not the character that attracted my attention but the background. It feels like looking into a window...

Wow! I'm very impressed! 1 I especially love the rocks, and the puff of air coming out of his mouth. It's details like this that make the picture all that much better. Keep up the good work!

It would be more believable if he had some kind of strap on his axe for when he isn't using it. And what is he hiding with his right fist? That's all.
