SciFi and Fantasy Art: Rio'lan Shade Dyelra

This is the best face I've *ever* done, so I'm quite proud of it regardless of its drawbacks and errors. It came from my college art class. I had a crayon in each hand and made some scribbles that reminded me of hair. A bit of tweaking gave me Rio, or at least one of them. She's a character I have in various places online, and will even be the star in a novel I'm writing. I still have the face outline just in case I want to try another, different face and see who looks up at me from the paper.

25 Jun 2000	S.Revian Dane	Loading... Pwah, its nice! The darker part of the hair reminds me of a celtic knot design, I think, that if you were aiming for the shape of the lips that you did, they look ok, but maybe make them a bit rounder! Kudos to you.
5 Aug 2000	Angela M. Rosquin	Loading... When I saw the thumbnail, my inner child screamed, "Ooh! Swirly hair!" and made me click. It's really cool!! The face is ralistic, but the hair seems a little abstract..nifty combo!
