| 25 Nov 2000 | Kim Van Gampelaere | Hubba hubba ^-^ This is one hell of a neat mermaid! I really like the way you did her "gloves" . And her hair is also pretty awesome, she reminds me a bit of a Medusa. | |
| 17 Jun 2001 | Alexis P. Millan | Very nice. This is great stuff. The only thing I might suggest is the detail of the scales on her tail, coupled with her gloves, is almost too much. the eye is drawn there first, since it is the darkest part of the picture. Sometimes less is more. It doesn't really detract from the overall picture, though. | |

i love it!!!!!
it looks half Murmaid, and half Madusa!!!! Great Job!
| 1 Jul 2002 | White Crow | First off, very cool. Where did you come up with a mermaid with serpent hair that arches? Very original. | |
| 10 Apr 2003 | Talkative Lobot | You know, the title of the picture is "Naga"... I don't know where everyone is getting the idea that this is a mermaid. A naga is a mythological creature which is part snake. I don't want to put words in the artist's mouth, but since the title is naga, why call it a mermaid? Naga makes perfect sense for what is depicted here.
Anyhow, I like the picture, and the others in this gallery, but they are a bit smaller than most others on Elfwood so it's hard to see all the detail that obviously exists. Any chance of getting some large, clearer scans?
| 25 Aug 2004 | R. 'DarkViolet' Cobb | Well by certain laws of reality, it makes more sense that she's a mermaid than a naga. Unless she has water to help support her, she'd fall flat on her face because her tail is too thin and too short. But it is a very good picture otherwise. | |
| 17 Apr 2005 | Jasmin Islam | Sweet! Very classical-looking. | |
| 20 Apr 2005 | Anonymous | Might I suggest some kinf of upper armor?I appreciate the body and all it's appendages as much as any one else but when she lets go of that string it is gonna HURT! | |
