For this picture i got inspired by the swedish roleplayinggame 'Mutant chronicles' where almost evry monster has one horn (or more) in the middle of their skulls.

Hey, I like it! I found a monster that kind of looks like that in my sketch book, exept it has a longer spike above each eye.
