SciFi and Fantasy Art: Manga Xepher - colored version

After I drew the pencil version of this back at New Years, I decided that I wanted to try my hand at computer coloring it. It's taken me quite a while - a month of sporadic working - but I think it's turned out fairly good, for a first attempt. The hair and the dark shadowy splotch on his neck are kind of bugging me, so I'll probably go back and change those later, but for now they'll do. ;-)<p> The more I've colored this one in, the less it's looked like Xepher to me. For some reason, it's started to remind me of Leonardo DiCaprio, which I REALLY don't want. Does anyone else see this, or am I just incredibly paranoid???

*pouncehuggles Xepher* Wheee! Mine! ^_^ Hehe... sorry, had to get that out of my system. Anyhoo... just a thought. Might want to lighten and soften the shading under the chin a little. Based on the shading on the rest of the face it seems kinda harsh. Just my two cents anyhoo... *skips off* Caffeine'll do ya good. -_^

*grins* this is quite nice.. tho'.. you might want to go back and smooth down the hair with the smudging tool.. that always makes things turn out nice.. =)

work on it ok i will harras you if you don't work cause you have a lot talent. well your lines are far too weak but proportions are better for this pic. shading is bad but hair is interesting you can use this to make muddy or dirty hair. or with more straight it can look more spikey and high tech. WORK OK I WILL SEE YOUR ART BETTER...
