SciFi and Fantasy Art: Kazi Stormbringer

I'm sorry about the quality of the scan. My scanner isn't being nice to me lately. :-( With this particular piece, it seems to have wanted to focus more on the weave of the canvas than anything else. Anyways, I haven't been getting to do a LOT of painting lately - I lack the inspiration - but this's one of the few things I've come out with. It depicts Kazi, as the title says, though at an advance age from the other picture of her that I've got up here. When I first started the picture, I thought it was going to be Sreptn, another character of mine. And so it was... until I started painting it. The paint promptly slimmed the figure down and made it much more feminine than the pencil sketch I'd done to prepare had been, so it became Kazi instead. For the initial sketch, I worked from a CG picture of Vincent from FF.
