Originally drawn for a friend's contest, I just never got around to giving it to her. I love this guy, and I'm quite proud of it. The background is coo, no? I just mess with all the filters in PSP. Silly me, I forgot to delete a portion of the white bg ^_^;; ...too bad I noticed it -after- I finished. -_-;;
