SciFi and Fantasy Art: Kes's Dispair

Ok, this is a colored version of my inked sadkes. I have grand plans for this...so this version right here *points to pic below* is kindof a warm up for the computer colored version that I'll be doing. Once I get a wacom tablet that is ^_^ I printed off a version of this pic and colored it in with my colored pencils, and cray pas...then tweaked the bg after I scanned it in. This is basically what I want to do with the next version, but with a poem down the side that has something to do with the dispair and sadness she's feeling then. So what do you think? Comments suggestions?

O.o don't take me too seriously, I am not an artist, I just umm.... yah. well, great drawing!! (o^.^)b josh p.s. gogo burlington! are you in the anime club? I don't go to uvm, but I was hanging out there with a friend and I saw the anime club board.
