Umm. Not to damp anyones spirit, but Helios and Selene or Selena were the gods of the sun and moon, but every now and then new gods take over, the Greek people changed the gods names, like how there were titans and then the Olympian gods came and finally people have different interpretations on religion.....Isn't this supposed to be on the artwork anyway...You did a fantastic job I'm very impressed.

Awesome picture! Artemis the goddess of moon, hunting, childbirth, and chastity is one of my favorite goddesses! Artemis protects young girls, while Apollo protects young boys. Apollo and Artemis are totally awesome twins!

Basically, I'm just looking at this site because I need a picture of Apollo and Artemis...and Apollo is the sun god, and he is the one who gives light and heat to the Earth...GO APOLLO!!!!!

To the debate on mythology above - there are so many different versions of the stories, because each part of Greece would have had a slightly different version. And then later, of course, after the Victorians massacred the legends to remove anything they disapproved of (pretty much everything) the stories got splintered even more so. This all means that you'll never be able to find a definitive God/dess of anything cos it's all too mixed up.

ANYWAY this is all distracting from the totally rocking picture so everyone STOP IT.

Good artwork and all, like, the animation is cool, but the 2 things I’m not really crazy about is the lenghth of hair (no offense, I just think that Apollo’s is too long, and Artemis’ is too short.) Also, I think that the blue in Artemis is a little TOO blue, maybe, like, gaudy or something...
But all in all, great job!!!
