| 21 Jul 2004 | Jenny | It's an interesting contrast to see a piece from you that isn't as finely polished as the rest. I enjoy the sketchy look, it still has the detail I'm used to seeing from you, but shows a bit of the process you go through to create your work.
The first thing that caught my eye is how the central figure seems to be staring out from the page rather than be involved in the scene. And once you notice him watching you, you can never un-notice it. His eyes follow you everywhere. It really pulls you in. Good work! | |

Amazing intensity in the eyes, even without color they just *pop* out at you (you...me...whoever is looking at it...). I do like the way the the warrior appears to be protecting the child and how the child is relying on the warrior (yet somehow manages to summon the courage to give me the evil eye). Although I don't know what's going on in your head, I can understamd why a picture like this would have such significance for you. *claps* | |

| 13 Feb 2008 | Wow | please please please create a final drawing of this! i love it so much.. iv been trying to draw a scene like that for ages, but iv got artist block.. ¬¬ .. and it always ends up as something else... maybe i should just put more effort into my work instead of having a sketch book full of unfinished ideas and brainstorms that never got any further than a scribble......
but anyway... GREAT drawing... i just hope you’ll put up a final drawing soon.... =D
