This relict species of an unique population on the Balkan Peninsula, grows in the water, which retains in these small recesses in the rocks after the rains and the snow melting. According to the European red list of invertebrate representatives for fresh water ecosystems, the dragon crab is included in the endangered species category. Thank you. | |
