This is a Paladin of the God of Light, Alun. They battle the evil hordes of darkness and stand for the bright and glory of the mighty empire of Thaliae.
There patron is Zölestion, the celestian defender of the holy light.

Wow! Awesome detail! Very cool paladin.
Though I would have guessed he was a Chaos Knight from all the spikes on his helmet, like a chaos symbol. Hmm, but now that I think on it, I guess they could also symbolize rays of light.
Ahhh - now I understand the knee guards too. Great design, even if I’m a bit slow...
