SciFi and Fantasy Art: Cassale

Cas, by himself, before he met his strange group of friends. Looking regal and dutiful, as always. I just felt like drawing armor, so here it is, the armor issued to palace guards.

Fairly happy with it, if I may say so myself. I actually put some effort in getting the shading on the armor right. Although I may need to work on wilashar heads. I think they're too... circle-y, and the eyes should be more towards the sides. Hm...

Well the thing inside the armor is a horse right ? or is it a dog is hard to tell cause from the angle you draw it it’s more like a balloon with a face drawn on it and attached to the body with a pair of inuminis The armor design is basic, not a flashy one, but you need more practice in light reflected on metal it doesn’t give that metal impression Also the shadowing seems to be too weak . But its a good try Rebecca McManamon replies: "Haha, a ballon with a face on it... Yeah it’s a horse. I hate drawing stuff from the front... >< The eyes, the eyes, I can’t get them right. And metal... It’s better than my first attempts though I suppose I could shade more heavily, but I was always light on the shading. Just more to work on, is all. And thanks for coming by and commenting again!"
