SciFi and Fantasy Art: Arrogance of light

A sword of light? maybe a relative of the Gabriev family(little reference to the Slayers anime)? Not at all....he's Kagami Nama the ever lasting good guy, yet he's the paroxism of arrogance, he's good and he lets it be known to the world around him, taking his skills for granted and always there to prove evil wrong. Though, for some reason he never managed to get to beat his nemesis Sarthak.
