SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Snow Queen

There is a Hans Christian Anderson tale about the shards of a magical, & quite evil, mirror. Menolly's current exploits have led her along a similar path, though she remains quite unaware of her enchantment, there is a coldness there which wasn't before. And of course, for those that have poked around my gallery for a while - you know this is a rarity - Menolly, without her mask. Corel Photopaint.

7 Oct 2001	Krzywa	Loading... I love the ribbon theme in your works and I wish you would expand it. What I think you should work on are faces, as the bodies are great. The faces of your heroines aren't very womenish, and seem a bit artificial with the dark lines strongly visible. Still, you are on a good way of becoming a real master )

20 Apr 2003	Marshall Ian Cuffe	Loading... I Think that the picture is really good, but the queen looks very masculine, if you curved the nose, and curved the jawline more it make it look so much better, and maybe thin up the eyebrows, it is a WONDERFUL picture!
