SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Fairie And The Morning Dew

Here's the finished Fairy, how do you guys like her? I really enjoyed creating this one and I would appreciate any comments, ANY! :) I'm surprised to see how many people like this one, in fact, some people at school would like her on a shirt and some of my friends already have her on one! Publicity! Yes!

I personally have a fascination with faeries, and I have resently been getting into anime. I think this is a beautiful piece which con=mbines those two things perfectly. I would love to have it on my website, let me know if that is alright with you. its perfect!

'The Fairie And The Morning Dew' is some beautiful work. The shading is impeccable. Her pose is unrealistic and slightly unbalanced, but dramatic. Perhaps that is what you wanted in your picture. The wings are gorgeous, I might add, and surely some of the most beautiful black and white sketched ones I've ever seeen.
Your attention to detail is evident in your artwork, and your work and love of art clearly shows. Keep up the good work!

Hi, I really love all of the drawings that you've done. This is definitely one of your best drawings. I think it's the shadowing, I really do. It just adds a certain dimension to the piece that some other pics, still wonderful, may not have had. Do you mind if I critique? Well all that I would change would be the belly button. I would make it a little shorter, but other than that-BEAUTIFUL! Great job, keep it up!

What stood out to me the most of your art is the idea behind it. the gentle, fragile fairy, reaching out for the dew drop was what caught me eye the most. the legs are definitely very realistic and although some of the characteristics of the pictures are not, nor are fairies which gives it the perfect supernatural feel, but the flower and dew drop seem it close to nature as well. i loved how effort was put into every bit of the page and not just the main focus. weldone! 1
