Commission. Same character as 'Thief in the Night', disguised as a beggar/street urchin. Yes, the floor took a very very very long time >.<

John's description: 'A street urchin, sold into slavery at the age of five to a Sorceress. Spent several years as her cleaning girl, then later as an apprentice. She is Now the Mistress of the Thieves Guild in the Island/Town of Nexus.'

14 Jan 2006	Mu_mu	Loading... how did you do the floor detail and how long did it take you and where did you get this vision of this picture. Its like that their is a story behind this child as if this child is scared or in a luxury prison which is the floor. i cant really explain it...
16 Jan 2006	Kirrie	Loading... This is great. I love the deatail of the floor, as well as the minor details that are a little creepy, like the shadows on the floor infront of the child, the reflection in the puddle, and the look in the child's eyes, as if she already knew you were looking at her.

The textures you add to your work is amazing but the softness of the child's cloak and the patterns in the floor are amazing, you can almost feel it under your fingers when you look at it. Very well done. And I love the looming shadows cast by the people you cant see. Lovely lighting used in this.
