Ingrid is a professional corsetier, taxidermist and artist working in many different fields. She studied and still studies Pictish arts and tried to combine the traditional styling with more modern freedom and has thus created a very unique style of her own. 'Historical pictures, captivating as they may be, always have a certain 'stiffness' over them. While trying to keep the traditional style in honour I have tried to rid myself of that 'stiffness' without losing the authentic look of my work.' Next to traditional work she also enjoys spiritual, inspirational, high fantasy arts.. basically anywhere where her pencil might lead her.

My name is Ingrid 'GrayWolf' Houwers AKA Illahie. I am a professional corsetier, taxidermist, artist and Absinthe lover. My field in art is very expanding, I don't like to be stuck into a certain style group, althought I'm mostly known for my traditional Celtic and Pictish styling. I greatly enjoy working in traditional styling, as well as my own free-style.

I also enjoy making spiritual and inspirational pieces of work, though these come when time calls for them.. I cannot force myself to create one of them.. they just come. I design celtic pendants, tattoos and basically anything you can think of. Next to the paint and pencil art I also design and make professional corsets. That's right, the real-steel-deal and all. I create my own designs, but prefer it if costumers come to me with their own designs.. intersted in my corset work? Go here: GrayWolf Corsets And next to my corset and clothing work I'm also a professional taxidermist. If you have any questions, or would just like to chat feel free to drop me a line!

your wolves are awesome. Wish I could draw animals like that. The only things i can draw would be dragons. would you mind if I did a few stories that had a few of your animals in them? Also if you have the time, please look at my stories and poems.
