| 22 Sep 2003 | Anonymous | I'm sure Jonathan Earl Bowser would just love to know that your slightly edited version of his work earned a Mod's Choice stamp. Madeleine Gusdal replies: "You're more than welcome to tell me which of his works this one looks like. And for everyone's information, I did not copy anything knowingly. I got inspiration to do this work from a tutorial page to photoshop, where a whole bunch of filters made a version of that swirly thing that is my 'gate'. That this was the entering in a contest named "Finally free" made me think of a wizard in some sort of forgotten realm's world had held something prison in another dimension, and soon this prisonel became a fairy. I'm sorry it looks like someone elses work, but a lot of fantasy work do. //Madeleine" | |
| 30 Oct 2003 | WilliamEpic | I visited the web site of J. Bowser. There is nothing resembling this there. His style does feature spectacular backgrounds and this is something we can all learn from. | |
| 5 Dec 2003 | Ian Perera | She looks like someone who would revenge. Really. | |
| 18 Jun 2004 | Madalaine McCabe | This is beautiful! I lvoe the lighting!fantastic! | |
| 4 Jul 2004 | aviendha | The wings are amazing. | |
| 30 Dec 2004 | Starfire | I cant even describe how beautiful this is... but if only she was wearing a light loose dress... | |
| 26 Jan 2005 | JJ | I wish I could do that, it's just perfect | |
| 14 Oct 2006 | Someone | Why would the wizard have her as a slave and naked??? She could at least have something on. Madeleine Gusdal replies: "Why would she have anything on? She's a creature of nature, and not likely to find clothes just lying around... Thank you for your comment, though. It means you care enough to object ." | |
| 13 Feb 2007 | Shelby | I also checked on this Bowser guy. Yeah, there's nothing like this on his web site. This Anonymous kid just wanted to get someone's goat. Well, hands off, Anonymous, because we're keeping the goat! Ha! I really love the feeling of this work. She really does seem to be asking herself "What now?" Beautiful. Madeleine Gusdal replies: "Thank you, Shelby " | |
