| 3 Jul 2004 | Sunshoot | Absolutely stunning, but I was under the impression that when elves of differing races mate, their progeny take after one parent or the other. Bridget P. Haines replies: "Where did you hear that? Even in D&D they can have a mix of traits, and her character was based in her own world." | |
| 15 Jul 2004 | The Z | Personally, I see that many have been misinformed. A common misconception, but in certain cases(Such as Half-Fiend, Half-Celestial, Half-Dragon, Half-Golem, etc...) in the D&D world crossbreeds tend to yield a creature half of each their parents. Therefore, a drow/avariel would look like a drow 'colored' avariel with wings. Anyway, I absolutely adore the picture. I could never do so good, my doodles and sketches could never come close to anything you do, especially this one. It worked well for a friends character, who had a similar character(not half-drow, but looked almost identical). Keep up the wonderful work.

Haines replies: "It's absolutely horrible you call that a comment. It's disgustingly worded, the spelling and grammar are not properly done, and it's a disgrace to the English language. I have a life. It's fulfilling enough that I don't have to post derrogatory comments anonymously on images to make up for personal inadequacies." | |
