SciFi and Fantasy Art: Empyreal

The word itself means, 'of the highest cellestial heaven of the ancients; of pure fire and light.' It also happens to be my screen name. The face on the Empyreal (in seraph form) is modelled slightly after mine. If you didn't know me, you'd think this piece probably speaks quite a bit about my ego!

5 May 2001	brc	Loading... my idea of "empyreal" is actually slightly more friendly and funny. you may look this up on www.empyreal.de good luck Timothy R. Haldane replies: "Yeah, I've heard of them. I find it frustrating, actually, that some people now assume that I've named myself after them. The name "Empyreal" was actually a derivative of "Empyrean" which is the name of the highest circle of heaven in Dante's Divine Comedy."

19 Jul 2002	King Cezain	Loading... You say it's a seraphim...well, I know your not religious, but since I am, and a paranormal believer, I know a fair amount about Angels, Demons, and so on. Seraphims are the highest order of Angels. They have six wings. Two that cover Their face, two that cover Their feet, and two for flying. Also, Angels are pure spirit and have no gender. Also, we do not become Angels when we go to Heaven. We become Saints. Other than that, very nice. I especially like his blade, because I am into swords. Timothy R.
