    I love creating art. I have lost a lot of practice time while going to school, but love to squeeze in a few hours of drawing when possible. I'm sure many of you are screaming for some color...I am working on that. Most of the stuff I do is done in graphite and then touched up in Photoshop with the smudge tool to create a smooth effect. I am a 24-year-old male who is married to my lovely wife Allison and we have a little girl named McKenna. I have been drawing since I was 3. Did some time in the Marines and now I work making web pages for an ad agency in Salt Lake City, UT. I wanted to mention what a wonderful project Elfwood is and I am amazed at all the artistic and writing talent that resides here at Elfwood. Please comment and then visit my web page for more art!

    Your art work is absolutely gorgeous!!, i would really like to see more, i think i like your stuff not in color, but then i haven't seen anything colored so i can't say that^_^

    Your artwork is beautiful. I haven't quite grasped the concept of shading so your pieces are quite inspiring to me. I am currently in the Marines and so of course your picture well, actually the weapon caught my eye2 Keep up the inspiration DevilDog. ;P

    Hey how did you learn to draw so well. I 've been drawing for the last ten years, which is nearly my whole life, and I dont draw half as good as anyone on this site. Can you give me some tips please?

    Hi Courtney, well I just look at the major shapes in things. And then block them in and go for detail later. I know every one says it but, PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
