SciFi and Fantasy Art: Last of the Fellowship

This was almost exactly how my original idea was. All you Tolkien junkies: translate the Elf writing at the top. This is what it would have looked like if they had had a camera after the end of The Return of the King. Before anyone starts screaming, Boromir is there in sprit. Sam is dropping Galariel's vial and Legolas is giving Gimli noogies. I figured that after Gandalf battled the Balrog he lost his hat.

Yes, but the Dwarvish runes were heavily influenced by the Tengwar...so, it's sort of hybrid Elvish. 2

Legolas and Gimli...perhaps they're too "friendly" LOL!

I have to say to Goldenrod....if you know so much that you can say "it's not elvish writing" then you should also know that it's not spelled "Pippen" but "Pippin" 10

I love this drawing. I wish that Boromir could be seen more clearly---it would be funny if you could show him wearing Jedi robes (just because you say he's 'pulling an Obi-Wan).

Those are dwarf runes. Although they WERE invented by an elf (which is why they're also called Daeron's runes). But that bit with Prince Legolas and Gimli is an absolute stitch! I've been wanting to see that happen for a long time now.
TO ARCIA: Where on Arda did you get a proper tengwar table?I noticed that the one in the book isn't much help.
