SciFi and Fantasy Art: Treebeard concept

This is my original drawing for my first painting (that will come later, have to scan 2 differnet images and combine them) I flew through this one. It have been to hell and back. If you look close it ripped by his hand, and I got paint on it too (big black splot). I'm really surprized how close the painting stay to this.

22 Mar 2000	Jessie Clark	Loading... Neat! Treebeard! Ack, he's got a squirlhole! falls over laughing Really, I like it. I like the colar. It's not how I picture him...but my version looks like a stump. Can't wait to see the acrylic version. Was he supposed to be bald? Nice hands.
24 Feb 2003	Lady of Light	Loading... I'm sorry but this isn't my idea or Treebeard at all.it kinda looks like he's carrying a huge set of arrows, needs to cut his nails and is wearing a dress!!!! keep at it and i hope i like the painted version better !!!
