SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dragon in paper

Wings in vellum = didn't turn out the way I expected. I wanted his body to look slightly human, but he just turned out to be a rather skinny dragon. His scales took forever to place! The digital picture didn't turn out well - but this is on a huge mattboard (see the 12 inch ruler beside the pic). Background is ripped paper.
