| 20 Aug 2003 |  D.Armstrong | Good picture. Your line is boring though. You might want to use something other than felt tip pens or whatever you used and experiment with inking techniques. Her anatomy is somewhat potato sack-like. The folds of her shirt don't fall right and make her look lumpy. I realize she is in the anime style but her face is drawn too cartoonish and simple. Looking forward to perhaps more detail in the finished piece. Like I said though, Good picture.   Heather Lindel replies: "Personally, This is one of my favourite older pictures.First, this is an old picture, so I can agree that the legs are a little, off. But I think the shirt is fine. No one is perfect. People DO look like potatoes (And others look like their pets).The lines are only felt tip, but if you were to look at my other galleries, or maybe even my website, you would realize that I have been working with other inks. I like how simple she is and how simple her face is. Her head is my favourite part.Please dont' think I'm getting mad at you or "yelling". I'm just explaining.
