SciFi and Fantasy Art: Nora

Nora is a water demon. Ou-lala. She looks like a real smart-arse in this picture. Although, she's really not. She's a rare species of water-demon. Also, vampires greatly enjoy the flavour of her species' blood (which is why she's so rare). I used PSP7
