SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dream Mandala

Spring 2002

He looks around, around .....
He sees angels in the architecture,
Spinning in infinity,
He says, Amen! and Hallelujah!


This is one of my favorites... it was done around the same time as my 'World Tree' (both were for my high school mythology course) and represents another aspect of self-hood. In the center is the unconscious dreamer, surrounded by the worldly symbols of wisdom and faith. Together they circle in the void of space, time and consciousness... manifestations of energy and thought, they each exist within the dreams of humanity.
