Very realistic and well drawn. Great job on the muscles and shading, though I think the hand on the right seems a bit odd, too small perhaps. Might just be me. *shrug* all in all a great piece.

Hey! I've got a warrior-wizard too! I think yours is a little better drawn than mine though. Love that staff.

Very nice shading, although i wouldn't mind upping the contrast a wee bit. Also, the hand in the air is a little small.
