I don't agree that the artist should make GAndalfs face softer, he is troubled at this point, and therefore, his look is appropriate, though I must say that his head is a little ... thin... it sorta looks like his brain has no room *sorry* if you add a little bit to the back of his head, you will be amazed at how much he changes! | |

I like your idea, it reads from the book, which I like. My fave is the other one, where he is telling the guards that Pippin is brave, and pippin responds, "I am no more brave than I am a man, except maybe by necessity. Don't let Gandlf fool you!" One of my favorite parts of that book! | |
