sorry, the elusive gandalf doesnt normally visit those who dont have comments yet - perhaps youve heard of me i generally go around brutelly telling everyone how bad they are..
and yes, im afraid you too have no future in art. Its bad. it really is. I would say theres hope but man your already 18 and how long have you been doing this?

Hey, "the elusive gandalf," try CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, not flaming people. And let's see YOU do some good art. People make me angry when I'm on ABC hours(after band camp hours). This picture is both really good, and I like the little thing you wrote by it. Very funny, hehe. KEEP DRAWING AND IGNORE FLAMERS!!! They're all insecure, and probably can't draw, so they flame people... Keep on, you're good.

*wheels back* i forgot to say some things. I love the expression. it's very life-like. and i noticed your proportioning parts of the sketch, those little light lines. I didn't think anyone else really did that! cool! it works doesn't it!

what a jerk! i can't believe there are people who would make up such dumb stuff. luckily there are also people who would like to say that they really love this piece and think you have a really cool style. Self portraits are so very difficult, because most of us don't spend all day looking at ourselves, so great job! But, colour would make this peice really cool, if only a little bit here and there. Also hands. hands would be sweet. But if you're anything like me, you hate drawing hands and would rather put wheels in their place. HEY! You could have wheels! that would be awwwweesomme! *wheels away on office chair*
