SciFi and Fantasy Art: Pegasus

While pegasoi in general seem fairly common around the 'Woods, I haven't often seen Pegasus, the original winged horse of myth. You'd have to have pretty large wings to get a horse off the ground, especially if he's supposed to be carrying around fully-armored Greek heros, too.

Horses have a bigger waiste then that... that poor thing looks starved! -and the wing closer to the view shoudl have been bigger, not the other way around ^_~- Victoria R. Hershiser replies: "Horses are also prettty darn heavy to even think about flying, so I wanted one that looked like it had some chance of getting off the ground...and it's stylized, so, you know. You're probably right about the wing thing, though."
10 Sep 2005	Amy	Loading... It almost has a human-like quality. That's what the body reminds me of anyway. It is a really great picture, and very original.
