SciFi and Fantasy Art: Wood Elf

This is just some experimenting I did. I was trying to get a 3D effect with the water and the bank, but it didn't work. I still like the outcome, though, even if it's not perfect. I'm not sure what she's looking at, as I stink at backgrounds. I like the way the dress design came out though. Pencil.
