Hmmm... it loked a lot nicer before I scanned it, but anyway, this is a picture I did for a friend's character.

Hmm, the scan seems to have washed out a lot of the color. Perhaps you could try adding a background and scan it again, fiddling with the settings a bit. Couldn't hurt to try. And her wings are definately my favorite part of this drawing.

Her upper body is very nice; her stance looks slightly odd though and her arms are too long.
