SciFi and Fantasy Art: Angel of Darkness

I chose to portray death as the angel, Azrael, rather than the traditional skeleton. I listened to the song 'Don't Fear the Reaper' by Blue Oyster Cult over and over, and this is what I got. You can just barely see the glint of moonlight shimmering on his scythe as he reaches for you serenely, whispering seductively in your ear...Don't be afraid...
