SciFi and Fantasy Art: Demolo - Head of the Council of Arcs

While the Empress Tai Quei created and presides within the City of Eden the daily gouverning is done by the Council of Arcs, Two members representing each of the citys racial wards sit on the council. At the head of Arcs is Demolo, A seriousely gruff, just but not always justly wise Dwarf. He has the queens ear and is highly regarded by most of the citys populace. He must be since hes been head of the council for almost 110 years. Being a dwarf his cultural love and understanding of strick laws and rules and order has helped drasticaly reduce the ingrained criminal elemants from edens streets. Even the largest of the bandit group in the deserts of Raumoon felt the pinch from his law reforms.
