SciFi and Fantasy Art: Apprentice

The gnomes have tought  young elves in generations. And for this young elf, he's just started the task of being an apprentice. (And as you may se, he doesn't look that confident.) It's a hard task in some ways, learning how to become a underground sorcerer.

Brilliant expressions on both of them! The apprehensive look on the elf and the "I don’t care; I’ve done this a thousand times before" look on the gnome!
