SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sea Water Tears

I LOVE MERMAIDS!!! I've been drawing them since I was two years old (-_-). I really like how this particular mermaid came out. Don't ask me what she's crying over. I just sometimes like to draw tears on the people/creatures I draw. Drawn in pencil, then colored in Photoshop 5.5.
